Thought I would spice things up today and share with you a recipe for one of my favourite snacks!
We have come up with many ideas when it comes to our rice cakes and we see value in providing these hot tips to the community :)
Below I have shared wth you a list with photos of just a little selection of the rice cakes we make and you can start too!
Whether you have a sweet tooth of you would call yourself a savoury type these little snacks are just right for just about anyone!
Coming in at number 1 we have the PBB
Ingredients:
1x rice cake
1x banana
0.5 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tsp of honey
Calories: 200 calories
Protein: 4gram
Carbs: 46gram
Fats: 4gram
Coming in at number 2 we have the SALVO
Ingredients:
1x rice cake
0.5 of an avocado
30grams of salmon
Calories: 200 calories
Protein: 11gram
Carbs: 12gram
Fats: 12gram
Number 3 we have the SALAD
Ingredients:
1x rice cake
1x cucumber
1x tomato
50grams of fetta
Calories: 200
Protein: 7grams
Carbs: 12grams
Fats: 15grams
